Fireside Hall

  • Parties, showers, birthdays, meetings, etc.: $750 for up to 250 people                                        
    (Time frame of 6 hours including setup and clean up.)
  • Small parties : $400
    (Time frame of 5 hours including setup and clean up.)
  • Dance floor $100 additional
  • Kitchen fee:  $100 per event
  • Overage hours at $75 per hour

Oasis Café

  • $250 for up to 50 people 
    (Time frame of 4 hours including setup and clean up.)
  • Overage hours at $75 per hour

Mezzanine

  • $2 per person per hour.  Minimum of 2 hours.  Area will be accessible 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after time reserved.  Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Gymnasium

  • $40 per hour. This includes cleaning and maintenance.  Gym will be accessible 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after time reserved.  We would like the renting group to carry own insurance or sign waiver.  Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.  Fees need to be prepaid.  No roller hockey.

Youth Sanctuary

  • $250 for up to 300 people (Time frame of 4 hours including setup and clean up.)

General Information

  • Projector Rental Fee = $30.00

  • Roll of White Table Covering for Rectangle Tables = $13.00 per roll

  • Bag of Ice = $.50 per bag

  • Dinner Plate, Silverware and Goblet = $1.50 per serving
    Minimum rental of 50 servings
    200 servings available
    Includes washing

  • One microphone is included in the rental fee for the Fireside Hall and Youth Sanctuary

  • The use of 72" round Tables Included in rental of Fireside Hall

  • A deposit will be charged for all events. The deposit amount will be a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $150. Approximately ½ of the rental fee will be the individualized deposit. A NHLC representative will inspect the rented area prior to the event and immediately following the event to determine any damages resulting from the event. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damages.

  • It is our policy that no glitter, rice, mylar confetti or birdseed be used. No nailing, tacking or taping shall be used on walls or ceiling. Renter must supply own 3M Command adhesives for your decorations.

  • We reserve the right to end any event or eject individuals who are disruptive without refund or compensation.
